Food and wine for Whittington appeal On the evening of Thursday 30 September the fundraising department of Whittington Health held a food and wine festival to raise money for the Whittington’s Care of Older People appeal. The event included wines from wine merchants Theatre of Wine, beers from local micro-brewer Camden Town Brewery, fine cheeses and charcuterie from Truffles Deli and Pret A Manger’s Creative Chef and Author of ‘The Sausage Book’, Nick Sandler, who gave a live demonstration in making sausages. It was a wonderful evening shared by many staff and members of the public, all for the wonderful cause of Whittington’s Care of Older People appeal. Click here for more photos of the evening |
