Haringey reablement team

The Haringey reablement team have won an 'extra mile' award, for the services they provide to the London Borough of Haringey.

 

The service, which was only set up last year, has received a great deal of positive comments and compliments from service users. The team works very closely with hospitals and community teams to enable the timely discharge of patients, while supporting them to regain confidence and independence at home.
