My NHS Hero 2012

Whittington Health are inviting staff, patients and service users to nominate their NHS heroes for a new national staff recognition scheme. 

A cup of tea, a hand to hold, or a shoulder to lean on; a few words of comfort. These are just a few of the things that thousands of NHS heroes provide every day to make sure that each and every patient receives the very best care.

Having become an integrated care organisation, Whittington Health has been recognised locally and nationally for the outstanding quality of care that we provide for our service users.

If you have seen someone go the extra mile and would like to recognise them for their effort and dedication, why not show them your appreciation by nominating them as your NHS hero.
