Congratulations to our wonderful marathon runners!
 The Whittington's Building for Babies appeal would like to extend a great big thank you to our dedicated and enthusiastic runners Narendra Pisal (3.54), Samantha Wilcke (4.05), Zuzana Cagalova (4.46), Lorraine Turner (5.01), Penny Roberts pictured (5.31) Abdul Adamu (5.49) who participated in the London Marathon on 13 April 2008.
We have so far received nearly £10,000 and the money is still coming in, so all of the hard work carried out by these fantastic fundraisers will make a difference to the appeal.
The atmosphere on the day was electric, despite the frequent showers. |
