The Great Highgate Fun Run 2009

The Great Highgate Fun RunThe Great Highgate 5k Fun Run goes from strength to strength!

This year's Fun Run, in aid of the Care of Older People appeal, received 450 participants completing the route around Hampstead Heath. The event has raised £10,000 for new equipment and day room facilities on the Jeffrey Kelson Elderly Unit.

The winners of the race were: Duncan Burbridge - 17.08 minutes, Michael Allan-Dan - 18.15 minute and William Laing - 18.28 minutes. Our own chief executive Rob Larkman also took part and finished the run in a very respectable 38 minutes!

Below are some photos from the day. More images can be viewed on Facebook by searching and becoming a fan of "Whittington Care of Older People Appeal".
