Your Pregnancy - Antenatal Classes
We offer antenatal classes as part of our maternity service.
Our antenatal classes include:
- Early bird classes
- Care of your body in pregnancy classes
- Parentcraft classes
- Active Birth classes
- Breastfeeding
Classes are held in The Whittington Hospital and various venues across Haringey and Islington. Please discuss your options with your midwife who will then book you into a class.
Massage and Active Birth for Labour workshops
Lynn Murphy from the Active Birth Centre runs a workshop for Massage and Active Birth as a paid for service at Whittington Hospital. You can read more about Active Birth here.
