Whittington in Nursing Times top 100

The Whittington has again been identified as one of the Top 100 organisations for nurses to work for in Britain.  The Top 100 survey was carried out to determine the where nurses like to work.  Both managers and nurses were surveyed to find out how good an employer an organisation is.  Last year the hospital was described as a ‘friendly place to work’, referring to a strong sense of community that fosters a culture of fairness and respect.

Director of Nursing and Clinical Development Deborah Wheeler says that this is a tremendous achievement which reflects extremely well on our employment practices and is a reflection on how employees feel about their place of work.
