A present from New Zealand

A beautiful hand quilted wall hanging designed and stitched for the children of the Whittington Hospital by Diane Flavell and Jane Raumati, from New Plymouth in New Zealand.

Diane, the mother of Wendy King our Oncology Nurse Specialist (pictured) in paediatrics and Jane put together this wonderfully colourful piece of work to brighten up a drab area in clinic 4D.

It has been greatly admired by children, staff and visitors, so we would like to say a huge thank you to our friends in New Zealand from everyone on the unit.
