Retirement party for Whittington nurses
Nurses Anny Rasmussen and Angela St Marie were thrown a retirement party with their Outpatient colleagues on Friday 20 June. Members of staff said their farewells to the two ladies in the N19 restaurant throughout the afternoon.
Anny, a staff nurse, retired officially on 31 May after working for the Whittington for 37 years. Angela, an auxiliary nurse and clinical care co-ordinator, had her last day on 18 June after 28 years of working for the Trust. The ladies are looking forward to taking it easy and relaxing in their new time off. Angela also intends to continue working with the sleep study team two nights a week. We wish them all the best.
