Madrid Health Minister visits Whittington
The Regional Health Minister for Madrid, Juan Jose Guemes Barrios, visited the Whittington Hospital on Monday 23 June. Accompanied by Ana Sanches, Deputy Minister for Healthcare in Spain, and Quentine Reville the Labour and Social Affairs Attache’ from the British Embassy.
Meeting with Chief Executive David Sloman, Director of Primary Care Siobhan Harrington (pictured left), Choose and Book Project Manager Chris Giles, Cardiology consultant Professor David Patterson, Clinical Lead in Women’s Health Clive Spence-Jones and local GP Dr Simon Brownleader, they attended a presentation on the hospital and the Whittington’s Choose and Book project.
