Arsenal's Christmas visit

Arsenals Christmas visitOn Tuesday 16 December stars of Arsenal Football Club made a festive visit to the Whittington's delighted children patients. The children weren’t the only ones who revelled in the visit, as parents and staff enjoyed the afternoon with some of their favourite footballers.

Touring the paediatric emergency department, Ifor ward, and NICU were midfielders Abou Diaby and Cesc Fabregas, defenders Bacary Sagna, Johan Djourou, and Gael Clichy, forward Nicklas Bendtner and goalkeeper Manuel Almunia.

"Once again, I would like to thank Arsenal for visiting our hospital. They are very good to us." Chief executive David Sloman said of the annual Arsenal visit.
