Whittington succeeds at Nursing Times awards
The Nursing Times Awards took place on Wednesday 12 November, attended by Prime Minister Gordon Brown. As he praised the progression of the NHS in the year of its 60th anniversary he considered the effort and achievements of nurses that often go unsung and unreported.more

Top of the class - 60 years of education at the Whittington

New FerriScan Rapide – 10 minute Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanner
Friday 25 September 2009 saw the Whittington Hospital become the first medical site in the world to provide the new FerriScan Rapide – a 10 minute Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan which accurately measures liver iron concentration.more
