New Electronic Survey Devices at the Whittington
From Monday 1 June and throughout the summer, electronic survey devices will be available in various departments of the Whittington Hospital. In total, 30 devices will be used with 12 fixed devices for outpatients, the day treatment centre and the emergency department, and 18 portable devices for all wards. The purpose of the device is for patients to provide feedback to staff at the Whittington with opinions or concerns.
The Whittington is dedicated to communicating with patients and staff to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment.
