Archway station closure, information for visitors, patients and staff
The modernisation of Archway station will soon be underway. This will include the installation of tactile strips, hearing induction loops, a new PA system, improved security features and the refurbishment of flooring and tiling throughout the station.
It will be necessary to alter the station’s operating hours during the course of the work.
From Sunday 1 November until mid 2010, the station will close at 22:00, Sundays to Thursdays. Normal opening hours will apply on Fridays and Saturdays.
In addition, the station will be closed on both Saturday and Sunday, over the following weekends:

Customers with valid tickets will be able to use them to/from Tufnell Park and Highgate stations on the following bus routes: 43, 134, 263, 390 and N20. Details of the station’s operating hours during this work will be on display at the station.
