Our team

• Hospital at Home (H@H) is a team of specialist Nurses that provide assessment, support, and advice for unwell babies/toddlers, children, and young people recovering at home.

What we do?

• The Hospital at Home nurses help your child get better at home.
• We try to keep your child from having to go to the hospital, or if your child is in hospital, the service can help them to leave sooner.
• We provide specialist paediatric nursing care in the comfort of your child's/ young person's home.

Who do we look after?

• Children from birth up to 18-years-old who:
  • Are registered with a North Central London GP, and
  • Have been referred to our service by hospital clinicians for management of an illness.
