Important update about community equipment provider NRS Healthcare

NRS Healthcare provides community care equipment for 21 boroughs in London. This includes providing mobility aids, bath lifts, grab rails and raised furniture.
Following recent media coverage, you may be aware that NRS Healthcare has recently gone into liquidation and will cease to deliver services in the near future.

We know this news may be concerning to residents using the service, but we are working closely with Local Authorities, who hold the supplier contracts, to minimise any disruption and make sure patients continue to receive the equipment they need. We remain committed to ensuring that patients and families continue to receive the essential community equipment they have been assessed to need.

If you are currently receiving or expecting equipment, your local authority will contact you directly should anything change and with news of new arrangements.
