Sponsorship

In the context of health research, a sponsor is the organisation that takes the responsibility to develop, set up, manage and deliver a study. All health and social care studies require a sponsor whether it involves patients, their tissue, or their data.

 

The Research Support Team are experienced in research governance and the practicalities of study delivery and can help with sponsorship and other aspects of clinical research.
