Change or cancel an MSK appointment

If you need to cancel or change your MSK Physiotherapy or CATS follow-up appointment, you can contact the team by completing the MSK online cancellation form. Alternatively, you can leave a message on our telephone answer machine on 020 7288 5176 / 5660.

If you need to change or cancel a new MSK appointment, please call the Central Bookings Service (CBS) on 020 3316 1111.
 
We require 24-hours notice prior to your appointment, to be able to cancel or change an appointment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response from the MSK admin team.
