Referral Portal for Professionals

We accept referrals from general dental practitioners and other health/social care professionals (for example: GPs/doctor, nurse, social worker, school staff, nurses etc).
 
Please follow below link to register and submit a referral to our service via our Referral Portal – note that we no longer accept referral by email.

Process:

  • Submit a referral to our service via the Referral Portal above.
  • Our dental admin team triage the referral for suitability
  • We contact patient, carer to arrange an appointment.
