Whittington Health AQP Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service
There is an established service for musculoskeletal physiotherapy if you have had back or neck pain for less than one year and live in Haringey.
This is called the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) and patients who have a Haringey GP can choose to have their Physiotherapy treatment with us. Our service is an NHS musculoskeletal physiotherapy service.
The service is provided over 6 sites:

Ask your GP for a referral to us at Whittington Health AQP Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy for high quality care and a speedy recovery. You can choose our fantastic service and here’s why:
You will be offered an appointment between 3-10 days of the referral
You can book your appointment directly with us from your GP surgery or your GP can email or fax us your referral
You will be assessed and managed by highly experienced senior physiotherapists
Treatments may include manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue massage, acupuncture, personalised rehabilitation programmes and class based rehabilitation as well as lots of help and advice on how to get back to normal as soon as possible
All our teams are supported by our Extended Scope Practitioners (who are Musculoskeletal Experts and work alongside the Orthopaedic Consultants at the Whittington Hospital)
NHS staff have the benefit of ongoing supervision and training to ensure they are fantastic physiotherapists
Our service provides class based rehabilitation to ensure full rehabilitation back to work/sport

This AQP Physiotherapy service requires a Haringey GP. We can accept self referrals however this may take longer as we need to check with your GP prior to giving you an appointment.
