Shape Up with Spurs (SUWS) – Free Exercise and Activity Program
At Tottenham Hotspur Foundation (TFH), we pride ourselves on our inclusive approach in supporting people to get more active. Our SUWS program has been running since October 2015 and supports hundreds of local residents each week to get active in a fun, safe, and inclusive manner. Our team of trained professionals are out delivering Monday – Friday at a range of times and locations to reach as many of our local community as possible.
