Each month, Whittington Health staff nominate their colleagues for Extra Mile awards, to recognise their contributions, often in the background.
Congratulations to the March winners – here are their nominations:
Individual award - Aisha, Frailty Nurse
"She is an exceptional nurse, with fantastic skills and knowledge, with patients and relatives consistently giving brilliant feedback about her.
She is a particularly wonderful advocate for the most vulnerable, making sure she speaks out on their behalf to improve equity and access to care.
She has also been working on promoting our service in areas of deprivation to boost referrals."
