Qualified as a doctor in 1987 Middlesex Hospital Medical School, University College London. Subsequent to that received Orthopaedic training initially at The Royal United Hospital in Bath. Appointed to The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Registrar Training Scheme. Having gained my Orthopaedic Specialist qualification in 1995. Subsequently undertook a Specialist Fellowship in Australia, dealing with predominantly joint replacements and Sports Injuries. I took up the post of Orthopaedic Consultant at The Whittington Hospital in February 1999 and now practice General Orthopaedic Surgery within this busy department.
Within Orthopaedic Surgery I have developed a particular interest in all aspects of knee surgery including joint replacement and Sports Injuries. However, as a result of my continued arthroscopic interest I have been able to maintain sub special interest in arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
