Rehabilitation Classes

Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Classes
Once you have had your assessment with your physiotherapist, classes can be an excellent way of helping manage your condition by providing group-based treatment, usually on a weekly basis for a set period of time. They are run throughout our Haringey and Islington health centres by a physiotherapist and physiotherapy rehabilitation assistant.
If this is something that is appropriate for you, your physiotherapist will discuss this option and set goals with you to work towards within the class.
Please see our class information leaflet for further information on what to expect, what to bring and our attendance policy.
