Enhancing LGBTQ+ Inclusivity in Our Trust: Your Feedback Matters!
We are working with the LGBT Foundation and NHS England to understand and improve barriers to healthcare for LGBT+ people. As part of this we are asking everyone who has been a patient/had an appointment at our Trust in the past 12 months to feedback on how we are doing in a short survey.
What is the survey about: The survey aims to understand your experience with our Trust concerning LGBTQ+ inclusivity. We want to learn whether you have encountered any homophobic or transphobic behaviour or language during your time with us. Additionally, we are eager to understand your overall perception of our services to identify what we are doing well and areas in need of improvement.
What is the survey achieving: From collecting this data we will be able to analyse what we are doing well and how we can improve. We are looking at things such as diversity and inclusion to make sure that our LGBTQ+ patients and staff feel welcome and safe within our Trust. Your feedback will help us to develop an action plan to achieve this.
The survey is anonymous and open to everyone who has used our services in the past 12 months regardless of gender expression and sexuality. All feedback is welcome and encouraged.
How to fill out the survey:
You can complete the short anonymous survey using this link: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/4XDV3F/
