Earlier this week we held a celebration for staff members across the organisation who have completed learning and development programmes.

Over 20 members of staff were in attendance and received certificates from CEO Helen Brown for completing a number of different programmes including the Band 2-7 BME Career Development Programme, an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice , a Coaching Practitioner Qualification, British Sign Language qualification as well as a number of apprenticeships, such as Business Administration, Management and Leadership as well as registered nursing. Some of these apprenticeships included degrees and master’s qualifications.

Acting Assistant Director of Learning & Organisational Development Astrid von Volckamer said: “Well done to everyone who completed a programme, degree, or apprenticeship! It is fantastic that so many staff members are upskilling and progressing their careers. We are committed to provide access to the right courses to develop every one of our staff members.”

At Whittington Health, we are committed to developing our workforce, offering opportunities for staff to learn new skills and work across different departments.
