Remembrance Day takes place on November 11 every year and is a day to remember those who have died in war.
The red poppy is associated with this day, as it is a symbol of a hope for a peaceful future. You can learn about the history behind the poppy becoming a symbol of Remembrance via the Royal British Legion website.

We'll also unveil our new Veterans Aware plaque, which was awarded to our organisation in acknowledgement of our commitment to veterans in our community and our workplace.
