Mr Omar Haddo
Biography
Mr Omar Haddo was appointed to the Whittington Hospital in 2008. Having studied medicine at St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School, London (1990 - 1996), he also undertook a BSc in Clinical Sciences at St Mary's Hospital, London (1995). He was appointed to the Stanmore Orthopaedic Training Programme in 2002.
Mr Haddo undertook a fellowship at the internationally renowned Reading Shoulder Unit, where he developed his skills in arthroscopic surgery and also in shoulder resurfacing arthroplasty. He is a member of the British Orthopaedic Association and the British Elbow and Shoulder Society, and has published several scientific papers and book chapters. He has also presented at many national and international meetings and is heavily involved in teaching. He has been a faculty member on various orthopaedic and shoulder courses.
