The Why Weight Programme
Why Weight is a virtual group consultation session designed to help you to lose weight. During these sessions (which are approximately 2 hours long) everyone will have an opportunity to discuss and share their experiences, ask the Dietitian questions and learn how to implement practical changes to achieve their own personal goals.
The Why Weight virtual group sessions will be held every second and fourth Tuesday of the month so that you will get the opportunity to see the dietitian frequently to discuss your diet and your health concerns.
