Yes! Don’t stop your child brushing in the morning or at night, any additional brushing at school is an extra benefit. Sometimes the school may not be able to offer the brushing programme every day, so home brushing is extremely important and don’t forget to keep brushing in the school holidays.

Should I use an electric or manual toothbrush?
Both are fine as long as the brushing technique for each is correct and the bristles are in good condition. All surfaces of the teeth, the front, the back, the inside surfaces, the biting and chewing surfaces should be cleaned. Always follow the instructions for use if using an electric tooth brush.
