Let’s Talk Employment
In partnership with Haringey Talking Therapies, Let’s Talk Employment Haringey offers help and support to give you the tools to achieve employment that is sustainable and enables you to thrive at work.
 
We will arrange to meet with you, assess your situation and offer help with a wide of range of matters including:
 
  • Returning to work – if you are on a period of sickness absence, maternity leave or anything else where you are experiencing barriers returning to the workplace
  • Remaining in work – you may be struggling with a mental/ physical health condition, a difficult work relationship, lack of flexibility, changes to the way you do your job, or you might be struggling to perform at the level that you once did
  • Finding work – if you are looking for a new job, we can help give you the tools to find the job that is right for you
  • Employer support – we can also work with your employer to provide them with information and support

Connect to Work

Connect to Work is a voluntary, government-funded initiative designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and thrive in the workplace. Whether you're currently out of work or at risk of losing your job due to health circumstances, we offer long term, tailored, one-to-one support to help you move forward with confidence.

Connect to Work is funded by the UK Government and supports:

• People with disabilities or health conditions
• Individuals facing complex life challenges
• Residents of Haringey, Islington and other boroughs
• Those in work but at risk of losing their job*
*If you're at risk of losing your job, you must have been employed for at least 3 months (this does not apply to zero-hour contracts).
