Haringey Community Palliative Care

The Haringey Community Palliative Care service for adults is a partnership service that has been commissioned by the Haringey Care Commissioning Group (CCG) where services are provided by different NHS organisations.
 

Whittington Health provides the District Nursing services for the Haringey Community Palliative Care service.
