Nurses about to qualify

If you are due to qualify this year, we’d love to welcome you on to our excellent nurse recruitment scheme. We can get your career off to an exciting start and find the right role for you within our Integrated Care Organisation.

 

We offer flexible ways of working, including an internal transfer scheme. You can begin as a Band 3 healthcare assistant while awaiting your NMC PIN, then you can be enrolled on our Preceptorship programme to support your transition into practice as a Band 5 nurse.

 

You will also join our clinical nurse induction programme, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to feel well-prepared right from the start.
