Brother to Brother, Man to Man
NHS Guys & St Thomas runs the Brother to Brother, Man to Man support group for black men living with prostate cancer, loved ones and their carers. There are monthly online meetings.

SGV Cancer Support Group (Support Guidance Voice)
An independent charity that offers weekly drop-in sessions in Haringey to support anyone over 18 who has cancer.

Cherry Lodge Cancer Care
An independent charity offering support for people living with cancer, their family and carers within North London and the surrounding area. The centre uses a holistic approach to support cancer patients’ physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. All services are provided free of charge.

Maggie's at the Royal Free Hospital
An independent charity supporting people with cancer, their family and friends with information, emotional support, and practical advice; a place to go where you can meet and talk to people who are going through the same things.
You can access help from cancer support specialists and psychologists and benefits advisors. Maggie’s also provide exercise groups, yoga, nutrition advice and much more. All support is free, and no appointment or referral is needed. Click here to view their website.

Metro Walnut
METRO Walnut is a peer support group for LGBTQ people with prostate cancer. We meet twice a month, on the 1st Saturday of the month online and then on the 3rd Saturday of the month face-to-face, at their venue in New Cross southeast London, both are from 2pm to 4pm.
It's a safe and confidential space for you and your partner(s) to talk about what's going on in your life. You can ask questions, share your experiences and get support from people who are also dealing with prostate cancer.

Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity
Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity provides practical, emotional, and psychological support for those diagnosed with breast cancer. They provide information, support groups, and online and in-person workshops and classes.

Haringey Talking Therapies
Haringey Talking Therapies Service is a free NHS, psychological therapy service offering support for a range of common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression.
The service is based at Crouch End Health Centre and treatment is also offered in various community sites across Haringey. A range of treatment programmes including one to one therapy and counselling. The service is for anyone over the age of 16 who lives or is registered with a GP in the London Borough of Haringey.
Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy centre
Nafsiyat is an intercultural therapy centre providing psychotherapy and counselling services to London's diverse religious, cultural, and ethnic communities.
The Nafsiyat team is comprised of experienced, fully qualified psychotherapists and counsellors from diverse backgrounds who are sensitive to the particular therapeutic needs of cultural minority groups. Therapy sessions and group sessions are free of charge. Click here to view their website.

iCope Camden & Islington Psychological Therapies Service
There are times when everyone feels stressed or unhappy. Talking about problems can help. iCope offers a range of different evidence based psychological treatments that have been recommended for the NHS. Our therapists will be able to discuss and advise the best treatment for you.

Shine Cancer Support
Shine is an independent charity providing cancer support for anyone in their 20s, 30s, 40s. There is a local group for young people in London.
The charity aims to support every adult in their 20s, 30s and 40s, diagnosed with cancer to know they’re not alone, and to have the support, knowledge, and confidence to navigate whatever cancer throws their way.

An independent charity supporting young adults with cancer. Trekstock provides wellbeing support services for those in their 20s or 30s diagnosed with, living with and surviving any type of cancer. Macmillan - Local Support Organisations - From Me to You
London based charity working in partnership with Macmillan, supporting people living with cancer within the UK's Black community. It provides information, an online support group and resources, guest speakers, links to partner groups run by other London cancer community members, and signposting. They work within 4 pillars, research, advocacy, access, and education. In addition, it offers buddy partnerships, a phone line, and support and research on behalf of service users as well as help with admin tasks. Please see Facebook page.
