How to Refer to the Bladder & Bowel Care Service

 

We operate an open referral system this means you can be referred by all health care professions, by social services or you can even refer yourself.

 

Please complete our referral form here (hyperlink to referral form) and then emailed to our central booking teams arti.centralbooking@nhs.net

You can call 020 3316 8401 and speak to one of our administrators who will ask you some questions and complete the referral form with you.
