Patients are invited to nominate members of staff who exceeded their expectations and went ‘the extra mile’ during their care.
How to nominate
Nominations can be made by completing an online nomination form.
You will be asked to tell us how the nominee exceeds normal expectations in relation to our values and the care you received.
Nominations open on the first day of the month and close on the last day of the month. All nominations are considered by members of the executive team and one award winner is selected per month, who they believe has demonstrated an outstanding contribution.
